Research use only

All products sold by Azoth are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices, and they have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use. Our products are not for human consumption and must not be administered to, or used in or on, humans. Azoth is a supplier of research materials and is not a pharmacy or compounding facility. Any statement or request suggesting a prohibited use may result in cancellation of your order and refusal of future service.

Eligibility

To purchase from Azoth, you must be at least 21 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and be acquiring materials for lawful research purposes. You represent that you are a qualified buyer with the knowledge and facilities to handle research chemicals safely.

Buyer responsibilities and warranties

By ordering, you represent and warrant that you will:

• Use all products solely for in-vitro laboratory research and experimentation.
• Handle, store, and dispose of all products in accordance with good laboratory practice and applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Not resell or distribute products without our prior written approval.
• Not export products without proper authorization and compliance with all applicable export laws.
• Ensure that anyone handling the products is properly qualified and informed of the associated hazards.

Products, pricing, and availability

We work to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We may limit or refuse any order, including quantities purchased.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we may decline or cancel an order at any time, including after it has been placed. At checkout you must confirm the research-use attestation before your order can be completed.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of order through the methods offered at checkout. Orders are not shipped until payment is confirmed. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
