Shipping & Returns

This policy explains how Azoth Bioscience, Inc. (“Azoth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) ships orders and how we handle returns and refunds. Because our products are sold for research use only, returns are limited as described below.

Order processing

Orders are processed and shipped from the United States within one business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Shipping methods and costs

We offer free 2-day shipping on ice for orders over $200. Orders below that threshold are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout. All temperature-sensitive compounds are cold-chain packaged with ice to protect stability in transit.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility, transit time is controlled by the carrier. It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Azoth is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or exposed to conditions after the carrier confirms delivery, or for delays caused by an incorrect address.

Returns and refunds

Because our products are research chemicals, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns of products once they have shipped. We will, however, make it right if there is a problem that is our fault. You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

• You received an incorrect item.
• An item is missing from your order, as verified by our fulfillment records.
• The product or its packaging was damaged in transit.
• There was a fulfillment, duplicate, or billing error on our part.

Reporting a problem

To be eligible, you must report the issue within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery confirmation by emailing hello@azothpeptide.com. Please include your order number and, where relevant, clear photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label. Reports made after 48 hours may be denied.

Non-returnable items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products that have been opened, used, improperly stored, or tampered with.
• Products ordered by mistake.
• Products claimed to be unsuitable for an intended use, since all products are sold for research use only.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@azothpeptide.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing depends on your payment provider or bank. Shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Research use only

All products are sold for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption. Any communication indicating a prohibited use may result in cancellation of the order, refusal of future service, and forfeiture of return or refund eligibility.
